Are you aware that the new Lead Replacement Petrol or "LRP" now has either Phosphorus ; Potassium or manganese at concentrations of approximately 30 parts per million to replace the lead additive? Either of these on their own are highly corrosive acids and are even worse when mixed. The fuel companies also warn that the normal dose is not suitable to prevent valve seat erosion if driven at or above highway speeds

For these conditions they advise the addition of extra Potassium or Phosphorous at a cost of $1.50 a syringe per 20 litres of petrol. This causes further engine corrosion, with some engines damaged or completely ruined at ten to fifteen thousand kilometres.

Spark plug fouling and poor performance have also been noted. The lower octane rating of LRP and unleaded petrol can also cause damage from knocking or pinging problems in early and late model high compression model engines. There is also now a problem with severe bacterial growth in all the new low sulphur petrol and diesel fuels. Severe upper cylinder and diesel pump wear can also be caused due to the very low lubricity of low sulphur petrol and diesel. 
Overseas university research has also proved that the new diesel fuels produce ten percent less Kilometres per litre and up to twenty times more carbon dioxide

All these problems have now been solved when our customers have fitted our Doring Tin Alloy Fuel Catalyst. For extra protection on early, or high performance vehicles, they have found that the addition of approximately 100 millilitres of auto transmission oil to each 30 litres of diesel or petrol will greatly extend valve, rotary pump and engine life. This has been a standard recommendation in the USA by engine manufacturers.

Adding the oil alone, which has 1500 parts of Zinc per million, is an excellent high temperature and wear lubricant, it can however cause extra carbon deposition and higher exhaust emissions. However due to the two stage effect of fuel catalysts on the fuel and also due to the coating of tin alloy within the engine, which breaks up the long chain hydrocarbon fuel molecules to greatly improve burning rate and can reduce emissions and carbon deposit by up to eighty percent. It also causes the very short chain molecules which detonate in petrol and gas fuels to join on to the longer molecules and this eliminates damaging pre-ignition or knocking

The above benefits may take up to 3000 kilometres or 30 hours to become fully effective. The mercury and magnetic effects also kill bacteria and algae in fuels. Performance and efficiency levels can also be increased by an average of fifteen percent in most cases.

Our design is an improvement on a proven 60-year-old technology. We can now supply our fuel catalysts in sizes to suit from 10 to 1500 horsepower as Intank or Inline units, ranging in retail prices from $40 AUD inclusive GST, plus delivery. The average car can be converted from under $300. Vehicles with Engine Management Systems may need to be re-calibrated to attain the full effect of the Doring Fuel Catalyst.
